What is Equine Assisted Therapy?
Equine Assisted Therapy combines professional clinical support with the bond between humans and horses.
Horses respond to your emotions, which supports self-awareness, mindfulness and emotional regulation. This can benefit
people facing anxiety, trauma or significant life changes.
Through hands-on interaction with horses, sessions foster confidence, communication and coping skills.
Sessions are provided at EM Equine in Folkston.
